´Maria XXX´ is the newest production of the contemporary dance company Heike Hennig & Co. It consists mainly of a polyptych on which we apply a pixelated image. It is based on a famous sculpture by Gian Lorenzo Bernini: Ecstasy of Saint Theresia in Rome which exemplarily shows that religous devotion and physical lust can be mingled together.
Für die zeitgenössische Tanzkomapgnie Heike Hennig und Co. entwerfen und realisieren wir ein Bühnenbild für das aktuelle Tanzproduktion MariaXXX. Es besteht aus einem Flügelaltar auf welchem wir ein aus Papierpixeln zusammengesetztes Bild zeigen. Es beruht auf einem Bildauschnitt der Bernini Altaranlage „Die Verzückung der heiligen Theresia in Rom. Diese Barock Skulptur steht in exemplarische Weise für die Verschränkung von religiöser Hingabe und und leiblicher Lust.
